United StatesGreat Products—Difficult Delivery Process
My initial order with Piercy did not arrive. After two weeks of waiting without having received any information or a tracking email, I contacted the company. They said that there had been some sort of error or glitch. They mailed the products to me again in several different packages. The final product arrived in a padded mailing bag instead of a box like all the others. Unfortunately, the bottle was damaged and the sprayer does not work. Overall, I appreciate the purity products; however, it was like pulling teeth to get my products and took at least a month to get all of them and then some were damaged. I have not had this kind of experience in the past but it does give me pause to order more products from Puracy.

I LOVE THIS BABY SHAMPOO! I was a lil skeptical about bathing my baby with this amazing product not because I wouldn’t trust it but because my baby’s skin was and still is sensitive!! I ordered since before he was born in Amazon but WOW I have been using it since he was 6 months and I LOVE IT! My baby’s skin is so smooth and clear 0 BUMPS or redness.. I wish I would’ve use it since the beginning… that’s NOT IT! I ordered the refill plus lotion last night because I noticed while bathing my baby last night I was already out… well it was already delivered!! And I just ordered last night. Amazing products and amazing service! Thank you!

We are repeat purchases of the Natural Baby Shampoo & Body Wash for our toddler and baby. Great natural product that does not irritate kiddo's sensitive skin. We have purchased from Amazon, Target and Direct. Slight issue with packaging on the most recent purchase where the pump was damaged. Not a big issue since we have existing bottles.

I purchased this product because I moved into a house with septic tank and needed products that were more readily degradable. This baby shampoo and body wash left my toddler's hair feeling the softest and shiniest it's ever been, and smells amazing! I tried many products before, and was even using conditioner for his very thick and unmanageable hair without great results. This was really a very pleasant suprise!
