Directions
- Shampoo and rinse your hair. Apply conditioner to hands and massage gently into hair. Leave conditioner in hair for AT LEAST 1 MINUTE. Rinse thoroughly.
- To Unlock the Pump: Screw pump tightly onto bottle; Hold ribbed and smooth collars with one hand; Turn spout counterclockwise with your other hand to unlock.

United StatesThe conditioner isn’t bad, the smell is
The ingredients in the conditioner and the conditioner itself are/is actually pretty good. I’m not sure what specifically causes this, but the one major downfall is the smell. It’s absolutely terrible! Not to be inappropriate, but it smells like a mixture of literal butt and strong grapefruit. I will not be buying this again unless Puracy offers different scents or decides to fix this issue. It’s unfortunate, but there are other great, natural conditioners out there that don’t smell like this.

I have been searching for a natural conditioner with no protein or synthetic fragrance. I do not dye or use heat on my hair so my hair becomes brittle every time I use a product with protein, and it is so hard to find hair products without protein! This product makes my hair feel so soft and manages frizz well, as I have wavy hair frizz can be an issue for me. I would recommend it to anyone whos hair also does not like protein and hair that is not damaged. A lot of other reviews mention the smell, and the smell is not the best, but after I wash it out of my hair it does not smell like anything.

The conditioner is nice, but I really cannot get past the awful smell. I find it hard to believe that citrus and mint combined could smell so offensive. I cannot use this product simply because of the smell. I’m waiting for my shampoo to arrive, and my concern is that it will smell just as bad.

I wash shocked after using the shampoo (which I might add is delightful). In our house we are having a debate on what the scent is most like. I’m team cat *** but my husband says he can pick out a the scent of dirty feet with a hint of citrus. I’m hoping Puracy will consider a different scent.

I wanted to give it 3 stars but the website will only let me choose 5 which is super sketchy and inappropriate. I like the product but it smells absolutely horrible. I thought it was just that I wasn’t used to it but the more I use it the more atrocious it smells. The product works well but I can’t get past the scent.

I have fine, thin, oily hair which tangles easily and must be washed daily. Unfortunately, my hair is also usually weighed down by conditioners. This conditioner works wonderfully to detangle without weighing down; however, when I pour a small amount in my hand, I'm always taken aback by the smell which is very unpleasant. I love how the shampoo and especially the body wash smell. It would be great if all three smelled the same as the body wash. I attempted to give this product a 4-star rating, but when I click on any star, all 5 are highlighted.

Smells so gross. It’s the same scent as the shampoo except the shampoo actually smells good. I can’t continue to buy this conditioner with how bad it stinks. Totally ruins the shower experience.
United StatesSadly, can't get past the stink
First let me say that I have loved every product I have ever used from Puracy. Their laundry stain remover is insane - takes out even old stains at times...nothing short of a miracle. Overall, my only negative comment about Puracy other than the below is to please get the GMO corn out of the products - that is a disappointment for a natural company and it prevents me from buying a wider range of products. Best thing about the shampoo and the conditioner is that they do not weigh down my extremely abundant but - alas - very fine hair. Unfortunately, as for the the hair conditioner, it is just awful smelling. It's a cross between a frat house floor after a party and...rancid food? I have bought a couple of bottles and not one smelled good. Crazy as I am, I used it anyway and it works great, though I do need to use quite a bit to really get it through all my hair. But I just can't get past the smell at this point, so I am going to have to find something else. Meanwhile, I will keep my auto orders for laundry products and dish soap because they are fantastic!
