Soap refill
I like the soap, and have been buying it consistently for a couple of years. It smells nice and light, and does what it’s supposed to. I like that it’s cleaner than other brands. My main complaint is the price. It was already very expensive when the refill was 64 ounces for $20, but now, it’s 48 ounces for the same price. The refill is 16 ounces smaller than previous versions I have bought! It’s also annoying that the package says “New Size - Easier to Pour,” as it’s a favor. I understand everything is going up in price these days, I just don’t know if I can justify paying this much for hand soap again.

I have been using both the shower and hand soap for some time now, and they are excellent products. And the company’s environmental commitment is extremely important to me as well. Therefore, I was disappointed that the refill pouches have decreased in size (meaning more packaging), and the delivery box included plastic packing material. This is the reason for the 4 rather than 5 star review.

It is a quality soap, love the feel of my hands after using it. Nice mild fragrance. With two caretaker and an advanced dementia patient we go through a lot of soap. Rarely have to remoisurize.

I had been purchasing Puracy hand soap, the refill, from Amazon but found it to be dated or off, the consistency didn't seem right so I switched to ordering it right from the Puracy site- and am glad I did. The autofill feature is great, cost and shipping is just as good. The soap is great and the only kind we use!

I’ve purchased a bunch of puracy products. The products themselves are absolutely fantastic. However, the packaging a shipping sucks. I’d say 1/2 of the amount I’ve received has leaked in some way. Hand soaps were both leaking with atleast 4 -6 tablespoons gone in the plastic bag they were in upon arrival. The only thing that would improve the products is if they capped the products and send the dispenser separately.
