Directions
- Use 1 pump for small loads in HE washers
- Use 2 pumps for regular/large Loads in HE washers and small loads in standard washers
- Use 4 pumps for regular/large Loads in standard washers
- For tough stains, apply detergent directly to the stain, rub in with a laundry brush, and wash normally
FAQ
How do I get the pump to work?
- Screw the pump onto the bottle, hand-turning the collar to the right (clockwise) as tight as you can. It is very important that it is screwed on tight as this allows the “beak” to unlock.
- Holding the collar and lower base of the pump with one hand and the “beak” with the other, turn the “beak” to the left (counterclockwise).
- You will feel the “beak” begin to unscrew. After a couple turns, it will pop up and be ready to use.
Is this safe to use in top load and front-load washing machines?
Yes. Front load machines require 1/4 oz. per load (2 pumps), and top load machines require 1/2 oz. per load (4 pumps).
Can I use this on dark clothes?
Yes. We recommend using cold tap water on a gentle cycle and turning dark laundry inside out.
Can I use this on delicate garments and denim?
Yes. We have successfully tested the 10x liquid detergent on silk, premium denim, wool, microfiber, and other fine fabrics. Always follow manufacturer's instructions for the garment you intend to clean.

Literally just 2 tblsp does the trick! Clothes smell fabulously fresh NOT synthetic smell. Cleans very well. Washed our bed pillows and they came our looking brand new! Just added a half cup of baking soda. You have a lifetime customer for sure as long as you don't change the formula and it keeps on working

I love love love the product but am very disappointed in the reduction of size. In December I ordered a 64 Oz refill pouch, this time the refill pouch is 48oz. Same price I believe. They also changed the pump size from 24oz to 16oz. Will likely look for another brand that is more forthright in their practices about their change in the amount/size of product received vs price. You can see they took the 64Oz pouch and covered it over with a 48oz sticker. While I realize our world is changing and inflation and product size reduction is a thing, I was not expecting that from this company.

I want to say first how much I LOVE this product. It got an old, set-in chocolate syrup stain out of a white sweater with ease and kept the entire sweater a beautiful bright white. The value of this detergent is excellent too because you really do only need a little bit, and it will get your fabrics very clean. Unfortunately, the shipping of the pump bottles really needs improvement. This is my second time ordering, and both times the pumps were not secure on the bottle, causing detergent to leak through the packaging. I was able to tighten the pump back on and rinse the bottle off, but it did create quite a mess. That said, I will still put up with the leaking issue because this detergent is truly great!

Each time I wash I'm still re-amazed by the experience of 1-pump per HE wash from this tiny bottle that nonetheless cleans my full loads of laundry at least as well as any other detergent I've used. The people at Puracy also seem on-target regarding detergents as cleaners that less tends to be more. Though from chemistry class being well-founded, actually seeing it has been believing it. Last, for newbies like me who are mistakenly used to seeing suds as proof of cleaning action: You likely won't see suds with this product. It's taken me some getting accustomed, yet has been well worth it. I'd learned that companies often add agents to their detergents that create suds without additional cleaning effect but do put on a good show, like a bubble-bath for clothes :)
