United Statesbecause I can’t give you a zero
As a loyal (and patient) customer of many Puracy products, since 2018, I think I’m finally done with the whole Puracy line. There are quite a few similar companies now and I should have looked into them sooner. While I liked the products, I can no longer tolerate how I have been treated as a customer. My last THREE orders never made it to my house. Amazon only sends a cryptic message that the shipment failed. l can only assume from other customer complaints that it was because the contents leaked. But, my last order, I made directly from Puracy, not Amazon. Instead of telling me the shipment failed, they just ghosted me! A week after the package didn’t arrive, I contacted a customer service representative, who was neither helpful nor apologetic. She acted like offering to refund me was a huge favor. Unfortunately, now I am stuck with a laundry soap refill when I never received the original 16 oz pump bottle I had ordered. (This was for my daughter’s first apartment.) I ask to reship the 16 oz laundry soap and she says it’s out of stock?! It has been weeks and I still haven’t received either the soap or a notice that I was actually refunded for the missing items. Honestly, I’ve sent clients flowers over much smaller issues than three messed up shipments.

Finally a pure dog wash that doesn't irritate my dogs skin and makes them smell yummy! Their fur is actually shiny and lustrous. Purchasing more ASAP! Wish it came in a 2 pack or bigger bottle! Although you don't need much for short haired pups. I do have a long hair one that does need a bit extra.

Wow, I am blown away by this dog shampoo. We gave both dogs a bath using Puracy’s dog shampoo vs our go to Earthbath shampoo. Hands down Puracy wins; our dogs coats were much cleaner and softer afterwards and smelled so nice. I can’t wait to try Puracy’s other products. I am now a big fan!!

My cavapoochon loves running but she brings in so much dirt! She’s only 14 lbs & sleeps with us, so I try to bathe her twice a month. I needed a calming, no chemical shampoo. She loves it! She licks the bubbles & seems happy in her bath! And there’s no Eau de Wet Dog smell! Her fur is soft, her tail is like silk. After developing cancer, I’m getting rid of anything that is not plant based. Thank you!

I love the smell of this shampoo! I also love the fact that it lathers well and washes out easily from my long fur dog. Some shampoos take forever to wash out and still don’t seem to be completely out. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact my dog did not smell like anything when he dried. Some shampoos I’ve had the problem of him still smelling like a wet dog. This shampoo does not leave that. I recommend it to every pet owner I know so far!
